Featured Topic Of The Month: Techniques in Photographing Waterfalls

I have noticed recently that the practice of using a slow shutter speed for waterfalls has become so prevalent that I rarely see it done any other way and if you read a tutorial on photographing waterfalls they will almost always instruct you to use a tripod, put a neutral density or polarizing filter over the lens and shoot with a shutter speed of 1/30 of a second or less, to get that dreamy flowing effect. Please email me or comment on my guestbook page about these two photos.Let me know which one you loke best and why. also post any questions as to my techniques used/
